How to pass blocked ways with a wooden? barrier

Hi everyone

I am standing in front of a wooden wall and I don't know how to go through. Can I pass them or do I have to take an other way? Thanks for your help.

There are only collectibles behind these doors - nothing vital to finishing the game. You need optional Light Burst ability to open these. That ability can be obtained in optional Black Root Burrows region. On the map it is all one region but when you travel there game will tell you a name of a sub-region not shown in the map and I forgot that name.
