Mount horu stuck at 99%

Made a 100% playthrough a week or two ago. Most of the time 99% means that you missed exactly one collectible. But I see nothing on your map screenshots. Have you unlocked an ability in the ability tree that is showing spirit light containers on the map? You probably missed one that is not actually even hidden.

Are you sure about that? It looks to me like that's probably what you're missing, some little area that's not on the map but contains a pickup of some kind. As the above poster said, make sure you have the last ability in the purple branch of the Ability Tree.

Just went trough the whole level looking for anything I could have missed, it was in fact one of those little spirit orb things, I was pretty sure I got it but maybe I died and forgot about it. Thanks guys, and long live Metroid!

So was I right? It happens Dying and forgetting about what have been done and what have not, is as easy as it gets.
