Bug with world events
After reaching 100% completion for my first run, I noticed that the Mount Horu world event is still greyed out (screenshot). Does anyone know if that's a known bug or something that I missed? My inner OCD is crying out

I'm under the impression that Mount Horu world event only lights up during the endrun. I might be wrong, but as you are basically reloading a save right before that endrun, it's the only explanation I can think of.

Congratulations, though!

I agree, jrueth! I found it annoying too. Just completed the game 100% myself. Nevertheless, a gorgeous game! Clocked in at 10:21:15 for 100%. SO FUN!
it's because you left the game when you saw the credits
it didn't save there so you still not have the game completely finished, that's why you can still do the mount horu escape
realized, it doesn't work that way either :D

I let the whole credits and final cutscene play and everything but it still is greyed out. It says Mt Horu 100% but still has an objective there so I'm assuming that just doesn't ever go away?

Right. It's not supposed to. :sein:

If you checked your World Events progress during the Mt. Horu escape or as the credits rolled you'd have seen that all events are completed. The greyed-out event is most likely an artifact from the original version of the game, which didn't include post-epilogue freeroam.

No. It does that because when you go back into your file, it puts you back to a time before you did the final escape, even though it saved the fact that you did it in the first place. If they had let you go back into the forest after it was saved, they would have had to redo all the graphics in the game, the music wouldn't have fit anymore, the game would have cost twice as much, and most importantly, you wouldn't be able to see the ending again without having to play through the whole game again. It was entirely on purpose that they designed it that way, and I'm glad they did.
