As long as you level the green skills first to get the 50% damage perk you are good to go through nearly everthing. And get the perk that heals you when you create a savespot. Helps also a lot.
If you had just checked the tags before buying, you'd have seen it's also tagged "difficult"
Make sure to use the save system liberally, you can just keep trying until you get it.

Should learn the movement of the game. Ori is very nimble and everything moves very slowly. + You could've just played on easiest difficulty, I think the damage isn't that severe there.
(and upgrade essential skills).
I ragequitted sometimes, but this game is too wonderful to give up with it, asking for a refund is just insane!
Seriously though kid, the game isn't really that hard ffs. Yes there are parts in the game that are quite challenging, but not by much. You obviously have never played a metroidvania game before. -_-
One Life Mode is where it gets hard as literally nobody has cleared that Mode.
