Sunken Glades and Hollow Grove

the bridge of the sunken glades and the bottom of the hollow grove, I can't get the bridge to go away and I can't get past the wall on the very bottom of hollow grove

You can drop from wooden platforms by pressing down+jump; for the locked doors there are switches around, you just need to explore more; if you really can't find the switch, come back when you have found more abilities.

I have every abilty. these are the last things in the whole game I need

and jumping down onto that brige doesn't work. Tried it 100 times it seems like

You don't jump down onto it. You stand on it, press down and then jump together. You had to do that move several times in the game before. I don't know why you'd have a problem with it. For the other thing, that barrier goes away when you stomp the post that is in the middle of the platforms across the water just above and to the left of there. You might not have realized that was a post, but it is.
