Stuck in Black Root Burrows 37%

Bought Ori yesterday, and its amazing! However, im currently stuck in Black Root Burrows at 37%, at the place where you can warp and save, right besides the thing that reveals the map. I think the game is telling me to enter Lost Grove, but i can't get down there because of the unstable ground blocking the path. I've searched online, and it seems the only way i can progress is by using Stomp to unlock the path besides the map reveal thing, or use Stomp to enter the Lost Grove. However, i've unlocked the dash-thing and wall jump.
Have i missed something, or an i just dump?

blackroot burrows and lost grove is a side thing you can do.

and what way is the normal story?

Depends on where you were. What was the last significant thing you did before entering Black Root Burrows?

Don't go to Black Root Burrow before getting more skills... i am only a few hours in the game and went down that way and i am stuck with a giant bulder killing me and there is no way i can escape this without double jump or these kind of tools :(

You're supposed to be able to escape that as long as you have Dash, which you should have just gotten just before that, just to the right of the place where you turned the lights on.

im in the same boat as OP, and ive looked all over the maps and i cant find anything, all i have is dash and wall jump
EDIT: looked around the map and the only things that are stopping me is the purple poison water, energy gates and breakable walls and i cant do anything

If you do not have Charge Flame I think I know where you got stuck. You need to go to the right from Spirit Tree (and a corresponding Spirit Light Well) and meet horizontal breakable wall and a jumping-stomping enemy. Sein hints there that "Ground is unstable". Was you able to solve this puzzle?
