Trade Hub not working ?

Ok so i build trade hub everywhere because i need credit but ... Nothing seem to happen. I even try to start a mission and hide at the bottom to see if i needed to be in mission for it to work but ... still nothing. Am i doing something wrong ?

PS : i checked if planet were under attack, of course ^^
PPS : Harvester work nice. But of course it needs heavy clicking to generate income ...
