i REALLY liked the game but I can't get a manly ending, even though I've met all the requirements maybe I'm doing something wrong or is it some kind of bug?

Just posting this to ask if anyone has learned how to get the games Secret Bad Ending. The achievement section shows that currently 19% of players have gotten it so I'm hoping someone from among them can help.

Half year passed, the manly achievement still got problem, and the secret bad ending is not yet complete. BTW those CGs are really nice, hope for adding Gallery function in the game.

I already have all the achievements, I’m just missing that one :( I’m not really sure how to get it
