Earth Overclocked main menu glitch. Help please!

Can someone tell me how to repair this please? I've been trying to uninstall and reinstall it, but it's the same thing.

How much graphics memory do you have? It's possible that you might need to close some of those programs in order to play the game. If it's still glitching, you might have an incompatible computer, or it could be related to a known bug that we don't know how to fix. You might have to refund the game for now.

We have had this kind of issue pop up before. Unfortunately there isn't a known fix.

We are looking into updating this game in the near future using an updated engine. We are hoping that this solves some of the technical issues that some users have come across.
