Known issue:

- Usernames cannot be clicked to show the user's profile.

-(Switch) The patch on the Nintendo Switch was submitted before the issues seen at launch were known. As such the current patch will not address them. The patching process with Nintendo can be lengthy, but we are actively addressing them. We thank you for your patience in the meantime.

- (Switch) Unlocks for final 3 levels may not load into levels as they are supposed to. Workaround: use the cheat code Y Y X X Y Y R/SR to unlock everything in the game in the treehouse

-(Switch) The game will sometimes crash when joining an online lobby or during transitions between the treehouse and other levels. If you notice any crash or freeze that occurs outside these situations, please feel free to let us know.

- Due to a slight mismatch between the Switch and PC versions, when players from both systems play together and exactly 14 out of the 15 available stages are unlocked, the 14th level will differ. PC players will see Nuclear Plant as unlocked and Switch players will see Mainframe as unlocked. This will only cause issues during the level vote process, but the game will proceed normally otherwise. The host will not see votes for a level they don't have unlocked.

Because Ultimate Chicken Horse online games are hosted by players, we created a system that monitors the quality of experience that those hosts are able to provide. If a host has good stable internet, finishes complete games without disconnections and generally provides a good place to play, their lobby will start to accumulate “Match Quality” check marks.

As well, we have a system that is roughly tracking player skill, and if it determines that a match has players of a similar skill level to you, it will further increase the number of check marks displayed for that lobby.

If you would like a more reliable connection, the Host P2P option is still available in the manual connection menu and does not suffer from this restriction.

Unlocks are triggered by trying out every level that is available to you, and by the number of games that you play.

Let us know if you run into any problems.

kylerk Feb 22, 2016 @ 8:04pm
$15 Usd is likely our release price. Though there will be a launch discount. I don't think we will be launching early. Lots of moving piece planned to get that date to work.

Hope you enjoy it when it is released!

noy Feb 24, 2016 @ 12:31pm
And will controllers other than xbox 360 controllers be compatible
noy Feb 24, 2016 @ 12:31pm
Thank You ******
kylerk Feb 24, 2016 @ 2:01pm
Other types of controllers are working. In the office we have had good luck with Xbox 360, xbox one, PS4 (via usb wire, not bluetooth) and a logitech. The controller plugin we are using should support a wide range of controller types. If you run into something that doens't work, let us know! We also implement mouse support for anytime you see a cursor on screen.
