2 or 3 Player?

So I was going to buy this game to mess around with my friends, my some of my friends are going on vacation and wont be able to play. Can you play UCH with only 2 or 3 people?

It's at its best at four players but it's still fun even 1v1. You can also do a room with randoms too which is pretty fun, you guys can always kick someone if they're too good or annoying (they exist but not common).
