To unlock all the content in the game, go in the Treehouse lobby and press this series of buttons: Dance Dance Sprint Sprint Dance Dance RotateRight. With default mappings:

Xbox controller: Y Y X X Y Y RB
PS4 controller: Triangle Triangle Square Square Triangle Triangle R1
Switch pro controller: Y Y X X Y Y R
I'm not sure if Switch has achievements (Switch doesn't have a built-in system for achievements, but some games manually create fake achievements to get around that.)
Anyway, you can play with multiple people on one console, just go to Local mode (or to an online room with space for 2 or more players I think,) connect a controller for each player, and press the jump button on each of them while in the Treehouse lobby.
Switch doesn't have Achievements.
Sadly there isn't a way for a Switch player to use online lobbies if they don't have the Nintendo online services. It's not something we have any way of getting around.
