2 players on one computer

I wanted to play this game with a friend of mine and I wanted to know if and how I can play with 2 players on one device.

Update! If you don't have multiple input devices to play local multiplayer, you can use Steam's new Remote Play Together feature to get the Achievement with an online friend!

Oh, note that I just tested the above and the person remotely connecting to you needs to use a Controller. Two people on different keyboards will just control the same character at once...

as for the discussion for the OP, the game always had local multiplayer in mind, and that's what made me buy the game when I went to a friends place.
A neat note, he was a Kickstarter supporter too! It was fun seeing my friend's name in the credits.

But as for your reply Ultimate Dev Team member, I didn't know Steam was doing this! That's amazing feature to know about if I consider making a co-op game in the future!
