This time I joined someone else's game. Again there was a pair of players (different from before) who were playing from the same PC, and it affected them. Happened once, quit to lobby, tried again and it happened again.
Please do continue sending us your output logs. If you're able to (and we know it's a lot to ask), what would really help is if you could collect the logs of other people who were in the game with you when it broke down, and send them together.
Also, if you know of specific steps that always cause this problem to happen, we'd love to hear them!
Thanks for all your help!
(I can't confirm whether or not just the host or everyone needed to restart their games to fix the bug, I didn't keep track of that at the time.)
Perhaps the presents aren't being initialised properly on level load? It is always possible that we were lucky and that has nothing to do with it, but hopefully our experiences tonight help!
