Mission 21 achievement does not get awarded, seemingly affecting all players because the global achievement stats claims 0% of players have it.

Hi the problem Iam getting is that I cannot save my game so I have to start at begining each time annoying to say the least any help please many thanks.
This game is unplayable for me at this moment due to no save have played several times but having to start at begining each time is spoiling the game?

GunnerWill: Is it your Campaign progress that's not saving (the level unlocks on the map), or progress within a level where you want to save and resume during play?

For reference in case anyone else is affected by GunnerWill's problem: There are currently issues in Windows 10 that can affect read/write permissions to the My Documents folder, thus preventing your game from saving. A search for "Windows 10 you don't have permission to save in this location" should turn up some solutions.

I typically play most of my games in offline mode. I have tried to play this game that way and the games starts and then before even the main menu comes up to the application closes out.

@jimmycline I've just run a quick test here with no problems. Can you confirm the game plays properly when not in offline mode? Also, can we get a quick rundown of your system specs? Ta.

Game plays great when I am in online mode. I am running windows 10, i7-4720HQ, 16 GB ram, GeForce GTX 960M graphics card.

Thanks. Are you also disconnected from the internet, not just in offline mode?

While in offline mode, can you open a command prompt, navigate to your Steam\steamapps\common\Sentinel4 folder, then run the game with the command "Sentinel4.exe -writelog" (without the quotes). Play up until it crashes, then grab the debuglog.log from your My Documents\Origin8\Sentinel 4 and post it (or mail it to [e-mail]).

Also, if your Steam or My Documents folders are in a non-standard location, let us know.

Ouch, that's a pain, sorry to hear! We did carefully consider our minimum specs (with reference to the Steam Hardware Survey), but there comes a point at which we have to consider the number of players on specific hardware vs the cost of adding compatibility, and sadly those older chips lost out.
