Offline 2 players?

You can't. The point of this beta is to improve the netcode.

The way it works is, you can set the dummy to player 2, and then set all the bars to the empty setting. You can play rounds against each other, however it will always be looking for an online battle, and player 1 will be the one to fight the online person. It totally works though and is a really fun way to prepare in training mode for online! just take turns who plays player 1!

I've been doing the training with the dummy settings set to player controlled, but I don't want to be interrupted with online matches. I don't regret my purchase because I'm sure this will be another great fighting game, but I am disappointed that I can't just do offline fights in its current state.

How exactly does this work? I have another controller connected but when I switch the dummy to player nothing happens.

this is the cloesest you'll get, but seeing as matchmaking has been fixed, you wount be able to play long.

I plugged my PC to an HDTV and got some friends over and had the dummy player set to human so we can train together and we also took turns playing online matches :D
