Refund fantastic contraption

Hi I purchased this game so I could use the ingame mixed reality tool, unfortunately I can't use it, once I enter the directors controls the game becomes unplayable and drops fps, I have quite a powerful pc gtx 1080 i6700k, all other games work but not this one, would a refund be possible? Thanks you

You have to request one through library->right click game ->support.
If you have more than 2hrs played or more than 2 weeks since purchase, your odds are very low.

Sad to hear the mixed reality rendering goes slowly for you. We often find this is caused by some cameras taking a very long time to respond to our API queries. Unfortunately not a whole lot we can do about that. :(

We did update our webcam-interfacing software in the latest (v1.6.5) patch, and we also updated our game engine, and we did a bunch of performance improvements - so maybe give it another try first? If that doesn't work out, try holding down SHIFT when you boot the game up. That'll pop up a quality settings box, try using a lower quality setting and see if that gets your frames back.

If all that fails, Brutalicore above posted the refund procedure. Let me know if you need help either way.

Thankyou for comment, I have updated the game but unfortunately still get the same problem, this game just will not run correctly when using the director controls
