thinking of buying this just one question

i have read the previous dscussions between devs and players regarding multiplayer being added to the game. Will the multiplayer MMO part of this game get added to this game ? or will it be available as a second game or DLC that will need to be purchased seperately from this one ? Im asking because im thinking of purchasing this but i really want a multiplayer option. Even if i have to wait for it. I dont want to purchase and single player then a multiplayer version, if all i want is multiplayer ? hope this makes sense ?

All game modes (SP, GHOST, MMO) will be part of the same game client - will not need to buy anything else.
MMO's but the plan up to the Q2016 (if all goes well).
