Console Commands

I recently experienced a computer crash and all my data for Novus Inceptio was lost. I would like to know if console commands are available within the game or if not, is it legal to use a trainer from Cheat Happens in order to recreate my base? I don't want to be banned by doing something that is not permitted, I just want to quickly recreate my base in order to get back to playing the game.

Its an offline game. They cant ban you for playing the way you want to.
