Well, maybe the community should start one. It would be nice to have a place to gather information in the long term. The problem might be, that there will be many changes untill release.

Yes, I've already started one but just before finishing first few notes, I've realized that this will require whole army of apes with access to our items database to fill it. In this case, I'm better for implementing context help in game that will tell you where and how to get any item.
