Unable to install Magix Music maker on windows 10

Hello I got Magix music maker from the Humble Software Bundle and i am unable to install the program on my pc.

Whenever i press the exe a window pops up with a green bar saying extracting. then for a brief second a bluish black window with a spinning laoding wheel pops up and then disappears. After that nothing happens, and i'm pretty certain that the installation has completely stopped since i see nothing in my taskbar or taskmanager...

I'm running a windows 10 computer.

Please Mustache Bud,

Open the steam browser and:

1. Click on "Steam"
2. Click on "Settings"
3 .Click on "Downloads"
4. Click on "Clear Download cache"

Please try to install the software again.

Do you have any advice for when this occurs outside of steam? I bought the humble bundles and am having this exact same problem.
