I click on the Play button in my library and nothing appears/happens. Sometimes it says it is running, but there is no window open anywhere and Task Manager doesn't reveal any game running at all. Help!!

During my playthrough of this game, I got trapped in between the blue robot, a building, and the save chip. I have tried reloading the game, but to no avail. Is there anything that I can do save for starting over? I have a picture here. http://i.imgur.com/F22u2xw.png...
