Non-VR?
Looks like a cool game. Is it worth playing if you don't have a VR headset?

The game is fully playable without a VR headset, and the ratio of non-VR to VR players is about 6:1 at the moment. Most of the youtube videos are non-VR too. Enjoy :HappyBotBot:

Thanks for responding so quickly! I've now downloaded the game. However, now the game won't fit in my screen (I have a thin laptop and about 13inch screen). I can't even get to the controls within the game to update it to fit within my screen. Help! It's like nearly half of everything is outside of my screen. Thanks, in advance, for any and all help!

Ok, we haven't tested at all on the netbook size screens, I'm sorry to hear the problem, and we will look into it. Meanwhile:

2 tricks you might try.

1 ) Press Alt + Enter to go into windowed mode, and adjust the screen

2) in the install folder ( Steam/steamapps/common/Kumoon ) , there is a file called S3Dclient.cfg, which has some settings like resolution and fullscreen on / off you can try to fiddle with.

It's a bit of effort, but if you can dredge up the log from Users/AppData/Local/Shiva and send that to pastebin or nopaste and share the link here )

I looked at that address and couldn't find it. Then did a search for 'shiva' on the entire C drive and came up with: C:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Kumoon/567787de/4fcdbecc/Plugins/com.shivatech.svr/Contents

Within 'Contents' is a folder called 'Windows'. And within the folder called 'Windows' are these four files: msvcr100.dll and SteamVR_Windows.dll and SteamVR_Windows32.dll and SteamVR_Windows64.dll

The Alt + Enter works to some extent. So I think I'll be ok. Sometimes it acts weird when I do Alt+Enter and then I'll close, re-open and do again and it works. So I have a work around. Fyi - Not sure if this helps you guys (the developers) at all but just in case it does, my laptop is a HP Spectre 360. And your game isn't the only one where I had to mess around with it a little for resolution fix. I suspect most gamers have bigger laptops (or at least screens) than I do. lol :)

We'll try to check it out. Glad to hear you can get it sorta working in the meantime.
