No crashes, newest drivers, DX9.0c up to date.
Each time it would freeze up while starting and not even the task manager could kill the (not responding) process. I had to restart my PC with every freeze.
I eventually got it started when I turned off DSR in the Nvidia control panel. I'm not entirely sure if that was the cause as I did do several other things as well, but it might be worth a try just the same.
I also got the 'Freeze up that Task Manager couldn't kill' that Spazfrag mentioned, but I thought that might have been to do with the fact that I had pressed the ~ key & brought up the dev console/text command box during the intro movie & freaked it out.
I don't seem to have VSR which I think is AMD's eqiuvalent to DSR, turned on, so that probably isn't it for me, unfortunately.
Possibly pointless re-downloading for me.
Did notice when I went to the Local Files & tried the Select Monitor link, it said that it couldn't find the D:\VCR/Game_PC\VCR.exe path, which would make sense as that isn't a path where Steam installs. So I made that path & copied all the game files into it, then the Select Monitor link would work & allow me to boot the game but it also crashes either by pressing escape in the intro movie or by letting it run though to the end.
At the moment I have 30 minutes of game time clocked up that is literally just seeing if the game won't crash this time.
Anyone know the best way to get in contact with the Dev & maybe send them these crashdump files?
I'll try it again now just in case.
I'll send the crash reports over, thank you.
If I let the intro movie with coin play through all the way to the logo with the crow with the Vendetta text, the same second or two of music & then crash.
