wasnt this game freeware or something?
i remember playing a game like this that i had downloaded for free from somewere (no it wasnt pirated)

Yes, it was free and the older and outdated versions floating around the internet still are, there are torrents as well. But this is the most recent Early Access version of the game, when you purchase it here you get all the content I have available for it at the moment and you are buying the future content as well in a package cheaper than the final release. I would appreciate it if you can keep the old freeware links off the community hub, at the very least on the projects first day of release. Thank you.

well, after you start releasing the new level and extra stuff you could use the old freeware version as demo, at least utill or if you manage to to the engine rework.
dont worry, i wont link anything as it is as easy as searching on google to find it, so if someone is curious about the game without dropping the money he can just google

Thanks Loki, I like the idea of a demo as well. When I do a content update a trial version may be a very likely possibility. The problems with the older versions floating around are that I can't update, troubleshoot, or really vouch for them. In the end it's up to the user what approach they decide to take , but the future content and the most definitive version of the game will be residing with Steam.

cool, i'll watch the game, and possibly buy it when i feel like it got good, probably at release tho
