These changes would require some weapon balances, but it always means that to use the next rarity weapon requires a slightly larger sacrifice regarding energy, which would make the less rare weapons get used more often.
if anything make parser 7 and destuctors 9 the brothers have same gimmick but one is way stronger (destuctor) and its unfair that your nerfing the weaker brother but not touching the stronger brother
