CROSSOUT IS CANCER - I want to leave the game

NO HELP FOR 3 WEEKS
And they answer only on tuesday with only one message.
If you reply in the 10 minutes they post you need to wait a week more.
3 support members differents answers me never with the same demande.

I encountered a link account problem.
i created a gaijin account as someone advise me on the same adress my steam account.
It blocked me because i haven t got the passcode for the steam account on gaijin.

Very simple for them:
Or they can send me an email with a button to have a code to access and validate my steam account
Or they instanly delete my second useless gaijin account so i can repair all the problem myself

At the end they ask my ID and usless question and then ask me to delete myself my account and wait 30days. REALLY I just wanted to link my account buy the battlepass.....
So after 3 weeks i need to waits 30days to repair it myself

I've just find a team and play with friends. I will probably leave this CANCER GAME and HIS USELESS SUPPORT

1. create a new email address of your choice
2. link your steam account to that email address
3. use this email address to create a gaijin account
4. connect your steam account to the gaijin account on their website

That's what worked for me after 6 months of trying

the mail adress is always the same behind these " ******@******* "
m**4 main account on steam without accces to gaijin (except with in game browser)
(but no access to "confirm address button" and others)
m**8 secondary empty gaijin account

impossible to link my steam account with gaijin account

Hello, I followed the tutorial to link my Steam account
So i created a Gaijin account and launch crossout from Steam to link them
and it always respond with an error message
My two account gaijin and steam are on the same mail adress. Is it the problem?
the error message said:
"Unabled to link account
contact Gaijin support"

I wanted to connect with my steam account on gaijin with my browser
but i have no code connection and if i ask for a new password the site only send me a code for the other gaijin account.
i cannot use the button to confirm my email by the connection in the mini browser in crossout in steam. it is a disabled button.
So i ask you for help in order to help me connect with my steam account on gaijin and confirm my mail address to link gaijin account and steam account .

My real account with all my stuff is on the steam adress
I created my gaijin account only to buy the battle pass few days ago and cannot connect into it
I just want to maintain my main account m****4 and link it in order to have an acces to the store.
I haven't got password to connect my steam m****4 on gaijin and only can contact you with the in-game browser provided by steam in the crossout game active.
When i ask a password for this account(steam m****4), gaijin auto support give me only the capacity to change the m****8 account code password. Even if I asking with m*******4 with the in-game browser.

Please, provide your Steam ID:

Launch Steam.
Click on your account's name in the upper right corner to get a drop-down menu.
In the drop-down menu select "View Profile"
Once the profile is loaded, right click on the profile page anywhere and choose "Copy Page URL". For example, http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/1234567890/

Hello!

You can link your Steam-created account only to an email which is not registered in our database yet. The email *****@**** cannot be used for now.

If you want to use the email *****@*******, you need to delete this Gaijin account first.

You can delete it on your profile page: https://store.gaijin.net/user.php. It will be automatically removed in 30 days. After that, you will be able to use the email again.

For now, you can choose a new email.

I need help and you propose me after 15days without clear answer to do it my self?? REALLY?????
Not only that but the repair movement cost me 30days to wait??? really???
If I was not a polite person I insult you and all your support crew members!!!!
And for now I need to wait one week more to have a stupid answer from you!!!!

I have just delete it ("m*******8" account)!!
If you are not useless, Suppress the delay of 30 days!
So I can refind my connection code for my steam account quickly!
If you do that, I will modify my negatives review and forum post in steam.

You set the account for deletion, it will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Please note that it is impossible to delete a Gaijin account immediately.

You can request a faster deletion of the account via support, however, it will still take time. For this you would need to submit a request for faster deletion directly from the relevant Gaijin account ******@******. You will be asked some authentication information related to the account, then the account will be temporarily frozen, and you will receive a final email notification from the support staff once the account is deleted. We can recover the account (so you could sign in), if you wish to proceed with this option.
