EAC uninstalled?

So I just wanted to play the game again but it keeps telling me that the anticheat is uninstalled. I thought that maybe verifying files integrity would help but for some reason that option is grayed out to me.

Any idea how to fix that? Or where to get anticheat?

Easiest way to fix it is to uninstall and find a new game. I am having similar issues as well. I went to Anti Cheats website and no forums, no email to send.

EAC can be found and installed separately from the game. https://www.easy.ac/en-US

EAC conflicts with AV programs other than Windows Defender.
Put exceptions into your AV for EAC to run proper.

Actually...where is the download on that site? I cant find it

Oh, wow, they removed stand alone & download pages from their own website.
Ok, no worries, go to crossout folder and find the run file, proceed with repair or install from their prompts. Or re-install crossout should re-install EAC.
I see they are owned by Epic now. Things changed, apologies.

I did try to reinstall crossout but instead it just reinstalled the launcher only. If this doesnt work I will just delete the whole folder manually and reinstall it that way

After a formal uninstall, by all means delete all remaining folders, might have to redo your settings for your PC (C:\Users\<nickname>\Documents\my games\ or ...\AppData\Roaming\).

Nah its alright. After repairing eac it works now
