2 Step verification for market?

i already have steam guard enabled and now i need 2-step verification for crossout exclusively as well?
Edit: I know i can sell just like i did before but the thing is quite overlaying the 'sell' button

The problem is that i have not-so-good experience when dealing with gaijin and steam. Like linking accounts, when i had a crossout gaijin acc when it came out, i couldn't link it to steam because i already had war thunder and star conflict accounts with progress on steam, so i had to either start a new crossout account (with then over 6k PS, still a pain to grind tbh), or say goodbye to progress on those 2 games.

Now i have a problem with exactly that, the gaijin account and the steam acc i'm using are under the same e-mail and i'm not getting any e-mail when signing in from steam to get a 'code' to enable 2-step verification. What is this gaijin?

So, gaijin has a very attention-seeking 'You are responsible for your actions, don't expect gaijin support to give you back your account if it gets hacked' and now 'enable 2-step-verification'. I understand if it's ONLY for accounts on gaijin, i don't wanna use steam guard, and then this stuff just to play crossout. what is next a 4-step verification with voice guard?

I logged back in yesterday after a 1year+ brake to find my account empty also.
''2300 hours ingame i probb (OWNED) 50% of the dlc.
Never thought it would happen to me since i am carefull 10/10.
My thoughts years ago on this matter is actually still the same,
The people that jack these accounts work @ Gaijin themselfs there is no WAY IN HELL they could snatched my login credentials from somewhere else.

That 2 step verification is kinda dumb if you already have steam guard. Like you have to make your account less secure to fully access the market.

I will never do the 2 step ,and I feel the same as was mentioned above the Thefts are obviously in Gaijins House...and Yes they have access to the Passes, and I never give my real or Game info to anyone, So if my stuff ever goes missing it will be logical whom the culprit is!

I have NO 2 step and I can still manage to purchase a 1000 anything I just do 10x 100 of the resource i want, and I can still Haggle the Price, just 10 different sales occur for me to get the 1000...No big deal I still get what I wanted : /

I'd always seen some issue with hackers looting accounts over the years, but it was never this bad before; and would like to point out the glaring coincidence that this problem spiked about the same time they started the two-step authentication policy, and has hardly died down since it's implementation.

I pointed out to someone earlier ,If anyone has ever Played Half Life or 2...There was an incident of scripting throughout the game which had been used to cheat players whom the Server Clan leaders actually could give access to their chosen players or Payers to servers! to have access to power .

A player joining the server whom does Not contribute wealth to the Server support could Not access more than the regular 100 Health to start with, also they still had to run around the Map to find Energy cells to Power their armour for a total of 100 Shields.
Server "Contributors" would have access to Administrative commands and could easily cl_commands in the Server to gain at the very Start a WHOPPING 200 Health and 500 Energy shields and come straight at a Player having only the original 100 Health

If you had the skill and the Tactics you could still beat them down and May live but it was like fighting a Giant...I did not even know about this while playing for 5 years and I still Held Unbelievable Rankings.

It was Not until I suddenly was given the 200 H and 500 S in another server just because someone who ran that server had just put it on me one time, I had asked how and why would this seem fair, He said because they could!? ...Honestly I asked Him to take it off me ,I would Not use this against other players. I ended up Blacklisting that server.

Further proof: Not long after this a year or 2 out had come a game called Black light retribution (probably could still play it) Sadly all the powers and abilities that were in this game ,turned out to be all the Hacks that servers were getting away with for Years in HL and HL2 Wall hacks to see opponents locations ,Shooting opponents through walls including bonus instant armour or Health Boosts! Just another way to profit off the cheats used on unsuspecting Players for Years prior!

I tell you honestly, WHY? would anyone believe If this was going on 20 years ago in other games (MULTIPLE games ) Why would anyone believe this has suddenly stopped now in these games?
I believe this goes further than just the Games themselves I do believe it is Higher and it is in Steams best interest this occurs and "Newel" even knows it and May have Pioneered the very 1st Scripts that have made this possible! It goes as High as Widows OS...and May explain why Peoples computer are Hacked and shut down for Games and when your Graphics cards suddenly go Black screen or B.S.O.D. Please do not be fooled people I have had to go through this for way to long!

2 step is another form of entry control to the game and it does perimeter breach the system allowances that steam protection already has on your system, I think they are ALL in on it! but you May just call me Paranoid...Yet I have known this for 2 decades now. This is why you Paying Money into these games does Not matter.They keep at the Top the Players (or Payers) they want and use whatever scripts they want to keep down the players whom are Not contributing to the scam (weather they know they are aiding these corporate game controllers or Not!

The 2-step is fkn dumb when we have steam guard. It cannot be better than steam guard and i don't want another fkn thing to worry about except steam guard. Basically it would be nice of them to 'force' it on launcher-only users and remove it entirely for steam users, but it would be ideal to remove the market restrictions since it's actually dumb. Like how is market restriction going to even solve the hacker thing?
