Totally Pay to win

It's sad that games are looking good, having good factors that make them strong. Then they profiteer by adding in-game purchases to gain other "equipment" or perks right when you buy the game... It literally makes it pay to win. If you can spend money to get a reach into the lead and get more perks than any other player.. You are paying to win.

they dumbed the game down a lot, so that bad players can beat good players. There is no skill anymore. that's why there are a lot of players

Buying battle pass is a middle ground I would say. You don't spend 20, 30 or more euros/dollars, it costs 10 euros here in EU, but it has it's perks. By completing battle pass challenges and leveling up you get in-game currency, cabins, weapons, other parts and lighters that you can use to craft whatever is available. With last season it was easy to level up to the max and then grind for lighters, to craft the good, expensive stuff, you wouldn't get otherwise (unless you would pay for all that, or grind the sh*t out of this game for months) and I upgraded to some decent purple weapons, crafted myself a good cabin that had it's own perks, got new set of wheels, etc.. I went from the starting weapons, cabin and etc, to some good stuff in maybe a week or two. I was playing every day for an hour or two.
With current season it seems that it would take more time, since it's gonna be active for another ~110 days. I just hope that they haven't calculated how much time and effort is needed to earn enough lighters to craft the good stuff and made it even worse, in that case even with the battlepass you would still need to grind the hell out of it.

It does feel like Pay to Win, it actually is imho and I hate that, but if you really like the game and have 10 euros to spare by getting battlepass, you would improve your vehicle faster. I wouldn't pay them anything, but since I like this game quite a lot, I feel like paying 10 euros once a half year or so is not that big of a loss.

hi , i just discovered this game today and feel like it was like mad max & twisted metal have a baby and got too excited and bought that $70 USD steelshield DLC...

that big fat chunk of a tank look like nazi prototype tank i thought i can overwhelm others by having the top defense but i am wrong

its so slow and people just rush beside me to nail me down i feel totally useless and regret paying this kind of money for this useless piece of chunk

is it just me or is this heavy tank really useless in this game for pvp ?

( i normally dont support + wont pay for anything for free to play game except only battlepass but the excitement of this car combat game got over me )

that's how they get you. make you spend money for things that look cool. but suck performance wise

nope , i just bought that steelshield DLC for $70 because its marketing like its a invincible big bad tank i thought i really can enjoy that pay 2 win in my busy life for a thrill but no , and i didnt win anything and literally got slaughtered

only thing you can " win " by paying real money is getting those car blueprint + material early without the long exp grind

you can buy weapons that are better than free things at the same ps range. there is pay 2 win in crossout and it's boring. removes the skill.

I bought the steel shield DLC and the pestilence DLC I got better weapon and I got slaughtered because I sucked

I literally just play back with the default car

and having so much fun with the lower tier shooting at each other

I really like the matchmaking are on par with
The power score of your car

You can’t use a 6000 PS car go kill 1500 PS noob , so tell me what did I win by buying those in app purchase except getting better weapon

when I sucked and can’t even Aim well
And I can’t install those 2000 PS weapon on my default car
that would match me up with those crazy people in 6000 PS range again
I can’t use my real money weapon to kill you so what did I win??

NA is the baby server. You can be blind and have no thumbs and still get mvp there. We are talking about competetive crossout being ruined by p2w weapons and gear

I have been playing from 2000-8200 gear score range ( as I have said I bought the steel shield DLC and got me into 8000 gear score bracket instantly because people like you said it’s pay2win and it isn’t , I got slaughtered )

and 99% matches I have been in are totally skill based

The only thing I don’t like are the hover tank which is killing the mad max twisted metal vibe

Just 5 mins ago I have many chance to land my hit on that hover because he was stopping to try to aim me

My hands are like cripple and some ♥♥♥♥ I just can’t land my hit on him I had 3-4 chance to just shoot my grenade on him and I just missed ….. I hate myself …. Maybe I should lower the Dpi of my mouse or need a better mouse

you can buy a good gun that is op for money. that is why this game is p2w. sure you can grind for 10 years and get the gun for free. game is still p2w
