I hope the support will restore my stuff. If not, im done with this game.
Please keep in mind, You will have 2 teams working this case.
First phase is the Support team that answers tickets.
They will guide you in the steps you need to take.
Once you have done the things requested from the Support staff, It will then be forwarded to the Tech team which will restore your items.
So this doesn't come as a shock, The items restored will become Not for trade. Mainly to keep items from being duplicated on the market.
Also one small factor to keep in mind, The teams are off on the weekends and they are based in Moscow. So please be patient as they assist you.

That is one of the first things that is requested by the support staff as well as turning 2step on.

Edit: actually I found a e-mail from Gaijin from last october warning me about a sign in into my account, someone from China signed in through my account, that's crazy... I'm from Europe.
