Someone sold all my stuff! (NEED HELP!)

Someone by the name of Shipovnikov logged into my account and sold all of my parts. I don't know how to report someone and i have no idea if i can even get my stuff back. He sold everything i had of value and bought and sold a gun part on my account so he could get my money too. Can some one help me get ahold of the devs cause i really need help.

I have no clue how he got on my account, but the reason i know his username is because of the market history. I logged on and i saw all my stuff was gone. I went to the market to check the sale history of my account and he (Being Shipovnikov) had sold it all to people online and then sold me the same gun several times to get the coin he had gotten from selling said parts. That is how i know his name.

Secure your account (Two-Step Authorization), sounds like a Gaijin issues if your account has been accessed from somone other then yourself.

Thing is, two step WAS active. And that is basically all they said to do when i submitted a ticket for help. Just the whole "Make sure you have Two Step Verification active, but we can't help with your lost stuff" explanation. It sucks, but there is nothing i or they can do about it. guess that just means that there is no way to go but up, right?

i just came back after a break from the game and all my stuff is gone as well....i got the same responce..(basicly im screwed)...the way im gonna deal with it is uninstall and never look back....with the outlook that "we cant help you" after i put money in there pockets...well i have never been treated so wrongly before and im not gonna let them do it again
