Hit F11 and watch the loss it will jump for just a second then go back to normal. Normally just enough to get upsetting.
I find it happen on US servers later at night.
I think most common FPS drop, spesially if it's a huge one, after XY minute of gameplay, is GPU overheating due to bad cooling.
Though I limit the FPS to 60 since my screen doesn't do more anyway, I got really stable 55-60. I'm not using any game recorder or other overlay things.
Its not temps at all. CPU is under 60c and GPU is under 80c. The odd thing is that FPS is still very high, 100+, but with frames getting dropped at specific intervals. It even happens with v-sync on.
