How can i join/find clans?

I play this game now couple of years and really enjoy it. Sadly i only played alone and didnt see there is a clan option. But there are no clan to join. Where do i find clans? Can you use voice chat ingame? Without teamspeak.
I like to play with cannons and Harvester/ramedy. I Speak German, italian and english.

The best way to find clans is in discord groups. There are a couple (Official crossout for example). Just find the "clann-requitment" text channel and look for a clan that's fitting for you. Some clans want a highly skilled played with a strong clan wars build, other clans just want to people to play some battles with.

There is no voice-chat in game for clans, the most players use discord, teamspeak is a little rare these days.
