CHEATS IN GAME

seEms they are allowed to use, since i see alot people speed cheating ( so clear see and they dont care)

I suspect all cloaking shotgun wedge players of cheating, they pop up 2 meters from your car, wedge themselves below you, and then all you can do is die and press emotes.

Not really, a good skilled player with the right weapons and good build car can do it easly, i got multiple screenshots of my matches where i ended up with 6 - 8 kills and MVP.
Most people tend to build their explosive stuff under the car , if you wedge them their critical parts are exposed to dmg which can makes it possible to kill someone in less than 2-3 secs

About the Speed cheat that the OP guy is talking about you sure they are using speed cheat? and not just boosters on their car?
Or maybe they had a collision with someone else ingame, and under some circumstances it's possible that the engine/physics speed someone incredible up due collision

"Crossout is a team game and you can't Pay-2-win, you need teamwork to win and can't carry the whole match by yourself."

Players that actually sunk 100 hours into the game:
"I use this build because it lets me easily kill half the enemy team with minimal effort."

you can't fully win alone, you have to attack on the proper moments

You need map awarness (use radar for it to know where very enemy is even the invisble ones) you either go on a hunt on every enemy that is going alone seperated from their team and pick them one by one , a other way is to let you team handle the main part more importantly let them tank the dmg and let them attract enemies use them as bait while you go on a hunt for the weak enemies and attack them from behind and wedge and pop em,

They are many ways to win in this game, by brutal force in form of weapons and numbers , or by cleverness, as example one person alone can keep 4-5 guys of the enemy team busy and distracted for at least 10 seconds, allowing your whole team to clutch the other 4-3 enemies that are left while you alone distract the others

you always need teammates to win the whole match or at least the majority of the match

In my over 1100 hours i have yet to see a hacker/cheater, its always comes down to being outplayed or bad builds with exposed parts, again this game is not famous for hackers due to small and dedicated player base.

the game has cheats. Another thing is that the owners of the game are doing a good job and you do not perceive it.
Security is never one hundred percent secure, I don't know what country you live in, the country of wonders?

btw i played 2500 hours,maybe you need 1400 hours more to see them
