market minipulation

so some coolers were selling for 90 now all of a sudden 15 sales come up undercutting by 35%.....or the sellers are just dumb

The market is controlled by gamers and there is no question that rich gamblers can manipulate it here. Supply and demand! Event, or no event! You can also earn money.

People are just dumb. They always try to get the coins as quickly as possible and are willing to make huge losses on their products simply to get some small amount of coins.

I had to sell 2 Purple items ,over the course of crafting my last 2 Legendary Items,just so i could make up for the workbenches alone and to Pay for extra resources that I do not earn but rather buy than push the hours to compete for them, I already grind way to hard and long for this stuff : /

Sorry...I think my point was I had to undercut my sales ,just to be sure I would get mine otherwise others were selling theirs also and no one was buying, I went 10% lower and sold! there was like 50 EPIC coolers being sold at the time, had to do what I had to do.

If I had been selling "everything" I had ever crafted or just All my earned resources from the very start, then All that mattered to me would have been coins,I would have manipulated the market also,as You say.
This would only work "IF" I had not been committed to Steam crafting achievements so everything I earned,Not wasting anything, All went into my crafts for the last Year and a Half : /
I had went out of my way to Hold out selling anything unless I absolutely had to ,such as for workbenches, 75 for each Legendary :( and other resources that I do not compete for I also pay with those coins for the 1 sale I make here and there.

Dude I wished I knew when most blue guns became ''special'' guns and had a x3 price increase. Like the piercers for example they used to cost 30 to 50 coins, now they are 140 coins.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, take for example prices of single light decor. You cant make it higher than 0.11 even when noone is selling them atm. same stuff with some of the colors. I mean if *someone* can limit prices on decor so can happen to any other part.
