Devs just killed this game for me (Weekly/Daily Cap)
750 cap per day for scrap? Is this a ♥♥♥♥ing joke? As it was weekly caps seemed a bit ridiculous. My limit is currently 3.6k / 750 and I can't make an ounce more for another 5 hours. WTF?!? As a somewhat new player who needs to grind out materials for epic weapons and hardware, this has officially just killed the game for me. So now you're saying I'm only allowed to make 2 or 3 items a day?

♥♥♥♥ this♥♥♥♥♥♥ I just hit level 22 last night. Ask the devs to pull my play record, I was literally addicted to this game. Now with stupid low daily scrap limits in place, there is quite honestly NO reason for me to play, seeing as how I'm sitting at cap and this 750 scrap limit will easily be hit within a few hours.

So really itll be log in, hit scrap limit, log out. Why would you do that as a dev? FFS, I finally find a game that I like (granted grindy as hell), but if I could look past the grind for fun that says something. Now you limit the grind and you limit my (and others play time).

You're literally killing your player base and game right now. The only way I can see this making sense in the devs heads are people will need to buy more coins to buy more scrap now. Yea. No. Not happening.

Yes, but you decide which resources you get and on which weapon you use them for, so it's you who set the rules of which weapon you want to get :3

If you have enough resources to craft an epic weapon, and you sell them to buy crates (I've seen some guy doing that and obviously blaming the game for his idiocy) it's all on you

Btw if you left the game for the daily cap... Eh.. It's important to read the patch notes before doing anything :D

Well since the patch im building my third epic. With epic scav tracs on the way. I like them changes.

The daily cap was part of my leaving, I shouldn't have to be forced to log in every day to maintain a resource cap. I should be able to take one or two days off and be able to make up the losses. The other part of me leaving was their half assed and broken way of implementing the changes, locking people out of their initial daily cap, by holding their previous work against them.

This quite literally took me out of my groove of gridning and as I was just about there to make an epic rocket. It left a sour taste in my mouth that is still lingering, hence me even not caring that I had about three weeks left of scanner time. That in itself says something.

I think you let anger got the better of you.

Yes, dev do implementing missions, but if you look closely, they are not target any players. eg, I personally not too keen on cannon missions, but there are MG as well as Shotgun missions.

As for now the new missions are far more than most players can handle. It would be better for players to pick and choose the time and mission they like and part of thr prizes too.

The logon prize are there if you wanted it. No one can force you to logon to have them for free.
As you did pay for the "scaner", isn't the plan is to logon everyday to play for the coin missions?
That itself worth more than the little weekly scarp metal in few battles over 3 days?

Daily cap is removed, it weekly now and it's bigger.

So they changed it back...after I let my scanner fall off.........ffs, even more reason to not come back now. Flip flopping devs, gotta love it

If they were going to change it back, then they shouldn't have made the change in the first place. Do a user based survey, do internal testing, have a test server...like these things are literally common sense. But no, let's roll out changes, piss people off then revert after the pissed people have cut ties. Seems legit. Honestly just seems more like ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dev logic.
