Stuck on downloading files.
I got the game again and when it's going to download files it gets stuck on 0 B/s.
Reinstalling and running on administrator mode didn't seem to fix it.

Any fix?

Head to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Crossout\update\' I saw there were 2 'latest' folders, one was .rar and the other was a normal folder. Extract the .rar folder there and then drag the contents into the regular 'latest' folder. Then open the 'latest' folder and right click the file called 'launcher' and run in administrator mode. This solved my problem I hope it helps.

Several Sultion Open Note Pad and Copy these instructions

Open Command Promt in Administration Mode
once open type
ipconfig /release hit enter key " Wait a few Seconds Your Network Will Go Offline"
type again
ipconfig /flush dns hit enter, " A bunch of text will display saying DNS Flush Success"

Now Before You Jump to The Next Command Line Go To Your Antiviruse Program or Windows Firewall andd Make sure you Give this Game Permision, Yes I Hate Doing that But this Helped when It came to Hit regestry in Game. Now The Next thing is Kinda of Impotant only because this will help make sure that it is not a Internet provider issue, unplug the Modem that the Internet Provider gave you as well as any home network router you have installed behind it, Now Wait 5 min and Only Plug in the Modem from the provider First and Wait till all Lights are active like they would normaly, Then Plug in any Router that you have and Wait for those lights as well. This Part Above Important as If you plug both in at the same time they will just keep Flushing and Resetting

Once you have done thaat go back to command prompt
and type the
ipconfig /renew and hit enter " A bunch more Text Saying Connections details will display after a Few Seconds then relaunch the launcher or installer, Hopefull this Helped sort hte issues Guys Good Luck
