honestly the game sucks

i keep getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ teams, it takes forever to build anything or get anywhere, including leveling up and getting new parts, it costs 5 coins just to use a workbench and all i can do is grind for cabins that sell for .23 and then i'll have to grind some more to get the parts for the gun i actually want, and i want two of them, and by that point i'll probably have evolved beyond it in terms of level anyways, so it obviously seems like you're trying too hard to just suck money out of people, and if you want people to pay that bad, why not just charge 10 bucks for the game??? it might not be pay to win, but it is pay to get anywhere interesting without grinding for literally months i'm not even joking like it kinda feels like you just don't care about your players... what's the point of free to play if its not even fun to play for free? it kidna makes your whole game look like a scam so I think I'm done playing it now. if it changes maybe I'll come back.

Actually the amount of xp required to lvl up was reduced by 15-20% several days ago.

you mostly farm scrap, wires, copper and fuel to sell to get the rarer stuff.

rare equipment isn't too hard to get. 100 scrap = roughly 5 coins. takes 5-10 games to get 100 scrap. so about 10 - 30min

and most rare equipment is around 30 coins. so after a few hrs of gameplay you can get blue. but beyond that takes alot more time

you can get fuel from fuel barrels you can put on your vehicle. copper from raids but its only worth spending the daily fuel you get and selling the fuel you earn til you can handle hard raids

wires you can farm once you hit lvl10 with a 3k ps. mostly do it once you farmed all your scrap for the week if you played that long

of course the grind seems long because there really aren't many tiers so it feels like you aren't progressing at all. like if you compare this to games with 10 tiers like world of tanks. it takes about the same time to reach tier 10 as it takes to farm up the money to get legendary or above equipment.

of course all of this is only relevant if you have fun playing the game. no point grinding in a game if you don't have fun

Just do the daily missions for 200 scrap and daily login spend 30-60 min per day clearing them
Earn 10 about coin per day easily

Progress is slow but that is expect for a free player
Once you get a few rares it becomes easier, can do the season missions and large fuel tank helps you farm more fuel

along with that they have INCREASED the time of grinding for reaching high lvls by simply cutting off the exp% from decors. As a 1000+ hours player I can telll you that now it is TWICE harder to level up, even more.

it feels a bit ...dead on arrival sadly this would be the 4 beta i played in the last 4 month where they essentially make the grind so unbearable that u cannot play it at all without forking out cash

Well... This game is not for anyone tbh... It has a learning aspect including the coin income from the market that not all people can get into, you'll find something else ^^

Btw... For anyone saying the grind is bad... Yes, it could be tweaked, but I encourage you to try Warframe, then you will know what real grind is XDD

Well you do know they have a 10 dollar dlc pack right. It gives you a car with 1 blue weapon. it also gives you 650 coins witch is enough to buy 2 blue weapons or even 1 purple weapon. Plus you'd have enough coins to get a few small upgrades. It also puts your build limit to 55 so you got plenty of room to toy around with diffrent builds.

Purple weapons start out at about 200-250c, depending on what you aim for the cheap DLC pack will give you a good part limit, two good weapons, and a bunch of blue items such as radiators etc. That said, farming the actual coins really doesn't take long once you have access to the wire mission at level 10.

Meh maybe it goes a bit slower but without the daily XP boost the REP you get isn't much with or without Rep Items, IMHO
Just level with daily XP

Maybe i haven't played it for to long but i still feel that the grind in war thunder was way worse ^^

There has been cases where a judge has sentenced people to 5 years Warthunder grind, you never hear from those convicted anymore at all. No one knows what happens to them there.
