my experince in life has been: between theory and practice is this thing called money.

in theory ya of course they can do it.

in practice? (shrug) maybe it's not profitable, maybe they want u to make new account, whatever.

But a few comments about that ya -

If I'm right about how it works, the console versions are separate to the PC versions. The prices are wildly different. So trying to argue that one's progress ought to transfered to another game isn't a sound argument. It's kinda like if you live in a mansion with 40 servants in the back country, that's all well and good, but try living in a major metropolitan area with that kind of staff, the costs are totally different

Now if you were trying to transfer assets on a *money spent* basis maybe you could do something with that.

But in any event I imagine you would have to contact support, and I imagine that if you migrated your account, that you wouldn't have your progress on PS4 any more. I imagine. But who knows what is possible when you have some money?

Like, if you spent $2,000 USD on the game to this point, I think your treatment might be a little different to someone that's spent $0 USD. Well that is my experience personally, money talks, but who knows what might happen? Maybe you'd have to spend $20,000 to be taken seriously. Things are funny that way.

Anyways good luck! and anyways even if you can't transfer accounts u can have the fun of grinding all over again!

if u did it thru your bank u can claim it as fraudulent and say they restricted access and they will be forced torefund the whole games contents
