Banned For Illegal Automation???

What does that even mean? I was just on Crossout 12 or less hours ago and everything was fine
goto log back in to check brawls today and I get a msg saying that I have been banned for illegal Automation? What the hell does that even mean????? All I did lastnight was run brawls! This game is getting more sketchy every week.

Just to be clear on my part: They said they were looking into it said it was actually for "slacking" but noone knows what that means either.Anyway after they lifted my ban they warned me not to do what ever I did again (still dunno for sure what it was) I will venture a guess though that either A: it was taking advantage of an exploit by putting on a radiator (which I was later told by a GM is ok and really makes no difference anyway) OR B: that for the entire 4 hours of races being open. I backed out of every race that had a hover in it. They did say that besides the auto ban that there were almost as many player complaints. About what? I have no idea (salty)? But the only ones I can think of that would be upset would be players running hovers.

I meant you did break the left the race(game)/battle rule too much. It is unfair to other players.

The auto report is new to us, it is a good way to weed out players quit after they have enter a battle/race if they feel they don't like a map, teammate, types or group of weapons.

I can see being punished for leaving team games. But a race? It doesn't hurt anybody. Guess the system needs fine tuning.

The rewards are for 8 players game. If a players feel they are feely to choose their opponents by quit battle, it is same as game fixing. OP's case is he choose not to play against Hovers players. What kind of mess would the game be if a player only like 1 map and he quit every game he is not on that map? The Game rule for races are same as battle mode, if you don't like part of a game, don't enter it, don't mess it for others.

Humm...if they didn't care, they won't came and reset your account. A bug like this is code in the game. It may take a little time for them to re-code/edit the bug. Not everything can be done in a day or two.

i might post back again saying the results i did just up date it just give me some time to think if i even want to play again
(game good gets old fast with no friends)

Told them it would be funny to run fun games like in FPShoters "pistl only". But here with something like drill only or so.
I mean they would work out lobbies and filters one time and let players "design" their matches.
No more stress with ppl crying about w/e. They could create their own matches.
But ... waste of time i guess.

nah man. i play crossout daily. i have for months now. i havnt gotten even 1 single ban. i dont intentionally leave matches but i do have crashes sometimes. i wouldnt be too worried unless you are consistanly doing weird things, like leave every game that has ppl using gear you dont like...

Something isn't working correctly for sure. Today I was kicked for being idle, yet I was playing every match. The game before being kicked, I only gained 26 points as I got flipped and my gen/gas tanks underneath got hit and wrecked me.

Feel like it could be a connected issue.

That's what I meant. You shouldn't have any worries of getting bans.

No it's working just fine. Don't take computer error messages as literal. The game tries it identify idling because it automatically joins you to next game, so that people can't abuse that and leave afk to autojoin games and get passive exp and rewards from it.

I've gotten kicked out when I've not managed to do any damage, for getting stuck or just not finding any enemies before they get killed. So very likely you didn't do any damage, or triggered some other condition the game identifies as idling.

It means nothing, you just manually click to play again.

feel free to add logs to them so they can find it quicker.

This is a new bug on patch 8.30, never happen before.

That is it. Their fulter is try to weed out the intentionally leave a march early players. Good for them and us.
