If you install engine - then its power REPLACES cabin power while it's not destroyed. That means for some cabins you actually get less power and acceleration but usually higher max speed (up to +10 kmh from cabin base speed).
bigger wheels = lower speed
pop all ur frames on a test build, put a cabin on it, then try putting a load of wheels on it. test drive.
now try just a few wheels
now try bigger wheels
etc
More wheels = lower acceleration
Some wheels decrease acceleration more, but it doesn't necessarily depend on their mass or size, though racing and large wheels indeed affect that more.
Wat? Base horse power and WUT horse power?
Cabins have power, base speed limit, max speed limit(always base speed + 10 kmh), internal radar with specific radius(down to 10 meters) and 3 fast cabins have internal radio with radius of 200. Well and other stats, like cabin hitpoints, tonnage and weight limit.
Tracks and legs limit speed to specific value unlike wheels.
right, right, acceleration, not (maximum velocity), my bad using a vague word like "speed"
too much keanu reeves
whp = wheel horse power. like how much hp gets actually applied to wheels
==
far as medium wheels slowing car more than small wheels i tested it.
now if ur talking racing wheels vs small wheels I dunno
(but racing wheels apparently don't have good traction so - eh)
apparently double-wide wheels (whatever they're called I forget) and large wheels are popular. oh, and tracks.
