Unable to execute file.......

Just downloaded. It brings up main screen, then error block that says: "Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error 5: Access denied"

Uninstalled & d/l 3 times. Same results. All other Steam games working fine.
Verified files in steam and no issues.

Any help or suggestions?

But this should've affected installing any game then, so i'm not sure.

Thank You Ryuu. It was permission settings in the temp file. Funny it didn't affect any other games. Was probably a Win 10 thing. Anyway...all good now....TY again !

Search next time, problems like this are usually not game specific. Well, except your case looked strange, yeah.

I think I know why. I believe all other games were installed pre Win 10 update. Updating from 7 to 10 is known to reset drivers & permissions to default. The geek in me should've knew to check this.....Duh! Thx again Ryuu.
