Can't link steam account to my gaijin account because...

Yes, yes it is. It's linked to the exact one im trying to link it to.

So basically this ♥♥♥♥ is broken. I can't link my Gaijin account to my steam account because my gaijin account is already linked to it. So I can't login that way. And if I try to just login using my steam account it asks me to create a new gaijin account even though it should already know which account it should pull up.

What the hell is wrong with you Gaijin? What type of insanely half-assed account system did you decide to use here?

Worst steam launch ever. If you think I'm going to start completely over just to play steam you can eat a bag of coconuts.

I'm a new player but i had the same issue. I downloaded the game through Steam and played 2 battles. Then i close the game to make a Gaijin account so i can claim the Humble Bundle Crossout pack. Now it wont let me to log in with my Gaijin account saying that its already linked to another Steam account :(
I think i could just play through Steam but i want that Thug starter pack too.

I'm trying to figure out this myself too. I have War Thunder, Star Conflict and Crossout all under same email account but for some reason Crossout is the one which keeps saying "This account is already linked to a steam account" even though I've never even played Crossout via Steam before.

I read that you need to link it the first time you start the game on steam. If you dont, the option to link wont appear anymore and wont be possible. I will try it in a bit, may the gods be with me..

If you didn't have gaijin account linked earlier - try it. I didn't play other gaijin games, so linking worked for me with no problem.

Well, then you should indeed wait out since it seems a common problem for now. Nothing to be scared off, just keep playing outside Steam for now.

No issue here at all...Uninstalled the current, then installed the new from Steam once completed, open game with new Steam created ICON, waited for update, then logged into game but not through the first link tab, it will ask again.

I make a ticket on the support site, and the guy legit tells me my steam is not linked to my email. Even though on my Gaijin account profile page you can see where I had purchased the Steam pack and Ace advanced pack for warthunder.

As if the support staff can't see that they are wrong or something.

Seriously what the hell is wrong with Gaijin?

Having War Thunder Steam DLCc on your Gaijin account doesn't mean you have your account linked. Account linking mechanic was introduced much later then War Thunder launch in Steam.

Please contact our support if you have troubles with linking, they know all possible scenarios.

The main thing everyone should remember - if you played Crossout without Steam before and you want to keep your progress, DO NOT use Steam login button when you first launch the Steam version. You need to login with your Gaijin e-mail and password, and you can sync the progress ONLY on this first launch.
