We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced while using Desktop Maid.

Studio Deffault is a small development team composed of two individuals, and as Desktop Maid is our first service attempt, we frankly acknowledge that there are many areas where we are still lacking. We feel a deep sense of responsibility as we receive bug reports and feedback regarding inconveniences from our users.

We would like to provide an update on the key bug reports received to date. We are promptly investigating and resolving all reported issues to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Although it may take some time, we promise to continuously improve, little by little, based on your valuable feedback. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience.

🚨 Currently Identified and Under Resolution Key Issues:

1. Issue: Inability to Change to Specific Languages

   • Phenomenon: It has been reported that changing the in-app language to certain specific languages is not possible in some environments.

   • Temporary Solution: First, try changing to a different language, then change back to your desired language. This may resolve the issue.

2. Issue: Resolution Problems

   • Phenomenon: Problems where UI interaction is impossible or not displayed correctly in certain resolution environments have been identified.

3. Issue: 'An error occurred. (Exception)' Response When Attempting Conversation

   • Phenomenon: When attempting to converse with the AI, an 'An error occurred. (Exception)' message is returned, preventing the conversation from proceeding.

   • Status: This appears to be due to issues in the DB creation and writing process, and we are currently working on resolving this problem.

4. Issue: Frame Drop Problems

   • Phenomenon: When Desktop Maid is running, the frame rate of other game applications decreases abnormally, regardless of other open windows.
