I've tried the various solutions to this. All of the ones from Ubers web page, as well as ones I've seen on the steam discussions. None of them worked for me. I'm using a Microsoft Book 2, so I have the dual graphics card thing going (Intigrated graphics card when in tablet mode, Nvidia card when in laptop mode). I made sure everything (including CoherentUI) was using the Nvidia card, wasn't in power saving mode, wasn't in compatibility mode, and that I had the latest drivers (for both graphics cards).
But none of that fixed it for me.
What finally made it work was switching the graphics to windowed mode. Don't maximise the game window to fill your whole screen either (or the UI lag returns). It looks like you can adjust the scale of the UI... but you have to be careful about it because the UI sometimes wont fit in your window.
The game takes up only like half the screen like this, but it's playable, and even enjoyable.
