White Planets/Missing textures

I recently updated my system's drivers and am now receiving a bug where every planet becomes blindingly white. It doesn't happen immediately but usually 5-10 minutes into a match everything suddenly turns white. My DirectX Diagnostic file is included below.

First I've heard of this issue.

Clear your download cache - https://support.planetaryannihilation.com/kb/faq.php?id=194
Re-install the graphics driver but do a clean install reverting to Nvidia's default settings.
Disable FPS counters / overlays

Are you running twin GPUs?

I've actually had this happen to me years ago too, but its the first time on this set up. There are a few forum posts from 2014 and 2016 but no solution in either threads. I'll try this solution and let you know. A further development though: I had a friend host a match earlier and it didn't happen the whole match so maybe it corrected itself.
