I have yesterday made a support ticket but have no ticketnumber wich i need to see the status of the ticket. I haven't got a mail either. should i get that in the mail and must i a be little patient or must i create a new one because i didn't supply them with logs, server and dxdiag. i don't exactly knows how it works.

You should receive a response with a ticket number assigned

on the site or in mail because on the site i haven't seen a response only that i have made the ticket but no number.
