Black Planet and Green Dots
So, this has been a little problem for a while now, but whenever I boot up PA the planets and skybox are jet black, and the only thing I can see are unit icons and green dots.

This only started occuring when I installed the Legion Expansion, but it does NOT fix itself when I uninstall Legion. Usually, I could fix it be reinstalling PA, but that no longer seems to work. What is also strange, is that I can see just fine through my secondary camera. (Which technically does make the game playable, but not very enjoyable)

Now, I know what you're thinking; just update your drivers! They must be out of date!
And, I thought that was the problem too, until I updated my AMD drivers, and the problem still persisted.

Here are the images for refference, which also contain my DXDiag information if you need it.

So, does my computer just hate me, or am I an idiot and I'm doing something wrong?
If you need any more info to assist me in solving this problem, I'm all ears.

*EDIT*
Also, I tried using the system designer, and for some reason, planets render properly as they should there.

Make sure you are on 16.12.2: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64

Then report the issue: https://wiki.palobby.com/wiki/Reporting_Issues

Older AMD GPU?

You may be hitting the limit of your card with Legion.

Well, this IS like the cheapo-300-dollar laptop from the nearest computer store. I've been using it until I can fix my desktop.

For some reason, my driver version is 16.12.1, as evidenced by the screenshots provided. AMD is not detecting that they are out of date. I'll install them manually and get back to you with any news.

After successfully updating my drivers from 16.12.1 to 16.12.2, I am afraid to say that the problem has persisted.
I even restarted my computer after updating to see if that helps.
As forementioned, I can boot up the system designer just fine, but not any actual matches, irritatingly enough.
Any other ideas? Perhaps you need some sort of log from PA?

Pretty sure it will be a texture limit on an older AMD GPU... will know more when I see the full dxdiag and logs you upload in the forum post.

The links are broken? Did you try clicking the IMGUR button at the top right of it?
I'm sorry, but I have no idea what any of these things mean, I'm having a difficult time knowing what you want me to do.

It should be stated that the DxDiag has been uploaded at the other Bug Report.
