Game Taking Forever to Load

The game is taking a really long time to load, at least 5min. And its not even loading any save or new game, it just gets stuck on that loading screen. It was working just fine yesterday, but it just started acting like this today. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, ive even tried restarting my computer multiple times, yet to no avail. I love this game and its the game ive played the most of recently, so if somebody could please help i would appreciate it.

You can also try clearing the download cache in your PA data directory:
